This study examines the quantification of center of gravity oscillations in both sagittal and frontal planes during quiet two-legged standing using three tests: eyes open in directed attention, eyes closed in directed attention and eyes open in divided attention. A control group and a group often patients with traumatic biamputation of the lower limbs in their first appliance trial were compared. Quantification according to highest degree of comfort shows an increase in the values of at least two times on the frontal plane and one time and a half on the sagittal plane in comparison with a healthy subject.
