OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of omega-3 fish oil emulsion combined with routine therapy on severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) .Methods Sixty-four SAP patients were randomly divided into two groups: (N = 32) and omega-3 oil-fat emulsion combination therapy group (n = 32) .Two groups of clinical therapeutic effects were analyzed statistically, the changes of T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (P0.05) .Conclusion The rate of IL-1β and TNF-α expression in the control group is higher than that in the control group (28.1% vs 9.4%, P <0.05) 34.4% in treatment group and 15.6% in treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) .In addition, the treatment group in the recovery of intestinal function and hospital stay was significantly better than the control group (P < The proportion of CD4 T cells in the control group and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group (P <0.05), but the percentage of CD4 cells in the control group was still lower than that of the healthy control group (P <0.05). The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in SAP patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05), and the expression of IL-1β and TNF-α in SAP patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.01), but the level of IL-1β and TNF-α in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Omega-3 oil-fat emulsion combined with routine treatment of SAP patients with clinical efficacy significantly increased the proportion of CD4 cells and down-regulation of IL-1β and TNF-α inflammatory cytokines expression is its main mechanism of action.
