In order to evaluate the clinical application value of SARS-CoV-2 specific IgM and IgG antibody detection in 2019-corona virus disease (COVID-19). This trial used a retrospective research method and selected Chongqing public health care The treatment center February 4-24, 2020, outpatient and inpatients were used as the research object, including 101 patients with COVID-19, 54 patients with other pulmonary diseases and fever that excluded COVID-19 were used as the control group, and RT-PCR test results As a gold standard, the gold immunochromatography assay (GICA) was used to detect SARS-CoV-2 specific IgM and IgG antibodies of all subjects, and the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, diagnostic accuracy and other indicators were used to diagnose Evaluation of the value, and analysis of the relationship between antibodies and disease course and disease classification, using χ~2 test to statistically analyze the test results. The results show that SARS-CoV-2 specific IgM/IgG clinical diagnosis sensitivity and specificity And diagnostic accuracy were 92.1%, 90.7% and 91.6%, compared with RTPCR method, after χ~2 test, the difference between the two was not statistically significant (p>0.05). SARS-CoV-2 specific IgM and IgG The relationship between the positive rate of antibody and the course of disease was tested by χ~2, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p>0.05) in the number of days of onset. For different disease types, the positive rate of SAG-CoV-2 specific IgM and IgG antibodies passed χ ~2 test, the difference is not statistically significant (p>0.05). In short, the detection of SARS-CoV-2 specific IgG/gM antibody can be used to diagnose COVID-19 infection, but there may be a risk of missed detection in the early stage of the disease.
