30 patients with neurological and psychical symptoms of atherosclerotic cerebrovascular diseases were treated in a double blind trial with a vasodilating, antithrombogenic and antiaggregating drug (suloctidil). After oral treatment for 30 days at the daily dose of 300 mg, a significant decrease of neurological symptoms and a good psychic improvement were obtained. The effect was rapid and tolerance (local and general) was very good.
