INTERVENTION: Adult refractory amblyopia group:Single instillation of artificial tears and gradient‐concentration atropine sulfate eye drops;Adult anisometropia non‐amblyopia group:Single instillation of artificial tears and gradient‐concentration atropine sulfate eye drops; The group of people with normal vision:Single instillation of artificial tears and gradient‐concentration atropine sulfate eye drops; CONDITION: Adult anisometropic amblyopia with binocular interocular suppression PRIMARY OUTCOME: binocular balance; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Correction of near and far vision;Pupil diameter; Before administration and 1 hour after administration;Stereopsis; Before administration and 1 hour after administration; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Participants are eligible for inclusion in this study if they can cooperate with multiple short‐term examinations and meet one of the following three criteria: 1. No anisometropia and normal corrected visual acuity in both eyes; 2. Presence of anisometropia but normal corrected visual acuity in both eyes; 3. Diagnosed with refractory amblyopia (anisometropic, strabismic, or simple refractive), with no significant improvement in visual function after three months of standardized spectacle correction, occlusion therapy, and visual training.
