Rheumatoid Arthritis and its management through Ayurveda

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Ashwgandhadi Guggulu and Rasnadwadashak Kwath: Group‐A Ashwgandhadi Guggulu, 3 Vati (Each of 250mg) twice a day orally with lukewarm water for 45 days. Group‐B Rasnadwadashak Kwath, 40 ml twice a day orally for 45 days. Group‐C Ashwgandhadi Guggulu, 3 Vati (Each of 250mg) twice a day orally with lukewarm water and Rasnadwadashak Kwath, 40 ml twice a day orally for 45 days. Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M057‐ Rheumatoid arthritis with rheumatoid factor without organ or systems involvement PRIMARY OUTCOME: Improvement in subjective and objective ; parametersTimepoint: 45 days SECONDARY OUTCOME: To find out the comparative efficacy of the ; treatment in the all groups ; Timepoint: 45 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. The Patients between the age group of 16 to 60 years in either sex presenting with clinical features of Aamvata. 2. Pre‐diagnosed and confirmed patients of Aamvata (Chronicity <6 years). 3. Patients willing to sign the consent form.
