INTERVENTION: A:Endoscopic transpapillary biliary drainage combine with pancreatic drainage;B:Endoscopic transpapillary biliary drainage only; CONDITION: Pancreatitis PRIMARY OUTCOME: pain score;fasting time; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Serum amylase;mortality;APACHE‐II score;CT score;complications;Re‐surgical intervention rate;Average day of hospitalization;Hospitalization expenses;Recurrence rate; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. The definite diagnosis of acute pancreatitis; 2. One of the following three items was satisfied: dilatation of bile duct (=1 cm); elevation of ALT and ALP; definite obstruction of bile duct stones or mud; 3. aged 14 80 years; 4. volunteered to participate in the test and signed informed consent.
