INTERVENTION: Behavioural E02.891 G07.110.232 The study was divided into 3 phases, where phase I will contemplate the recruitment and selection of the sample for the study. In phase II the participants will be characterized by questionnaires (characterization of the lifestyle and quality of sleep) and randomized by lot and allocated in 3 groups, group A will receive intervention I, group B will receive intervention II and group C will receive the minimal intervention. After being allocated to the groups, the participants will receive instructions on how to use the materials, as the intervention must be instructed by the researcher II who will perform the data collection. In phase III they will be evaluated by bioimpedance and circumferential measurement of the neck. The total sample (20) was divided into 3 random groups, which will receive the I, II and minimal interventions (or without intervention) containing 7, 7 and 6 volunteers, respectively. Intervention I proposes the use of blankets without heating during the night period. Intervention II proposes that the participant wear a sleeveless T‐shirt / shirt, socks and long pants without the use of blankets and the like. Pretending only the heating of the lower limbs during the nocturnal period. Minimum intervention requires participants to regulate the temperature without direct extrinsic heating mechanisms (warm and / or long clothing, sheets, blankets, or any other object that is used for direct heating). After being allocated to the groups, the participants will receive instructions on how to use the materials, as the intervention must be instructed by the researcher II who will perform the data collection. In phase III they will be evaluated by bioimpedance (components such as body mass index, lean and fat mass) and neck circumference measurement. The behavioral change will use a minimum period from 10:00 pm to 4:00 p.m., which may be expanded according to the participant's habits or extreme discomfort. It will occur exclusively in two consecut CONDITION: C10.281 Chronobiological Disorders ; C10.281 SECONDARY OUTCOME: Secondary outcomes are not expected. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Healthy volunteers, age from 18 to 44 years; of both genders; Undergraduate students of the Nursing course at the Federal Fluminense University, individuals who have e‐mail and cell phone numbers to receive research notifications and who entered the college entrance examination. PRIMARY OUTCOME: 1) Protection against adverse events due to temperature imbalance, causing the individual to maintain greater than 36.0 and lower than 37 ° C of nocturnal axillary temperature; 2) The temperature was measured by axillary thermometer four times a day (04:00, 10:00, 16:00 and 2:00 for two days with intervention at the end of the day (sleeping with 100% polyester blanket, socks and trousers 3) Maintain variations within the normal temperature range of 36.5 degrees Celsius daily and check if the changes obtained p> 0.05 (p value greater than 0.05) The interventions obtained a statistically significant difference (p greater than 0.05) between the temperatures in the first hour after the intervention at 04:00 p.m. and 0.0354, but did not obtain this same difference when compared to each other p value greater than 0.05.
