Granulomatous Lymphocytic Interstitial Lung disease (GLILD) is a lymphoproliferative complication of CVID described in adults and carries a poor prognosis. A follow-up chest CT scan revealed mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy, peripheral-predominant bilateral interlobular septal thickening, scattered bilateral ground glass pulmonary opacities, and patchy consolidation at the right lung base, but no pulmonary nodules.
