Multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled study comparing the efficacy of left bundle branch regional pacing and biventricular pacing in patients with heart failure combined with non-left bundle branch block

INTERVENTION: LBBAP group:left bundle branch area pacing, LBBAP;Biventricular pacing group:Biventricular pacing; CONDITION: Heart failure PRIMARY OUTCOME: Left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Left ventricular end systolic diameter, LVESD;Left ventricular end diastolic diameter, LVEDD;NYHA classification;rehospitalization rate of HF;BNP/NT‐proBNP;paced QRSd; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Referring to the 2021 ESC guidelines, patients in sinus rhythmwith indications for CRT (symptomatic heart failure, LVEF = 35%, QRS duration = 130 ms)and whose ECG does not meet typical LBBB (Strauss criteria) on ECG.
