INTERVENTION: E02.594 E04.545.550.280 E06.892 Radiation Tooth extraction will be performed followed by dental implants placement following the conventional implantology protocol. In the control group, sutures and irrigation with 0.9% saline solution will be done, while in the intervention group six applications (30 seconds in each application) of low‐level laser (GaAlAs Arsenide Diode laser with length of 660 nm), two of them per vestibular (apical and cervical); two per lingual (apical and cervical); and two per occlusal will be performed, and subsequent suturing and irrigation with 0.9% saline solution. According to the sample size calculation (two‐way comparison test with 90% power and significance level of 95%), 18 implants per group will be required. Considering possible losses, the number obtained was increased by 20%, totaling 22 implants per group, that is, 44 in total. CONDITION: D25.339.312 E04.545.700 E07.632.490 Loss of teeth due to accident; extraction or localized periodontal disease; Dental implants; Tooth extraction; Lasers. ; K08.1 ; D25.339.312 ; E04.545.700 ; E07.632.490 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Increased stability f 5% of the implant through the coefficient of stability of implants (ISQ) collected at the time of installation and 6 months after surgery. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Maintenance of data obtained through clinical evaluations (depth of probing, gingival retraction, bone loss around the implant) at the time of installation of the prostheses and in annual recall. INCLUSION CRITERIA: To be included in the sample the patients should need for extraction of any teeth due to root crack/fracture or perforation with indication of immediate implant installation; good general health, which allow the tooth extracion and implant installation procedures; time availability to attend the follow‐up appointments.
