INTERVENTION: A randomized controlled trial will be held to evaluate the effectiveness of the program Elos 2.0 in reducing aggression and disruptive behavior and improved engagement behavior in the tasks among children from 1st to 4th year of elementary school. Method: 30 random schools from 3 cities (15 experimental and 15 control), with the total of 3,800 participants (1,900 in the active group and 1,900 in the intervention group). Data collection will be carried out by applying the instrument Mapping the interactions of Educating (MINE) which is an adaptation of the TOCA of children's behavior in the classroom, answered by teachers of the experimental and control groups. Also we will observe the school climate and student‐teacher interaction in the classrooms. We will make the pre‐test and post‐test samples in the same year. We will use a hierarchical structure of data analysis to highlight multi‐level differences in concurrent prevalence in time and in groups (gllamm Stata), controlled by socio‐demographic variables. The analyses shall be conducted in STATA 14 with a significance level of 5%. For the qualitative data will be used to content analysis based on the theory Based on the data, using the NVivo 10 program. The central hypothesis is that students exposed to the program will decrease the aggressive and disruptive behaviors in the end time when compared to the control group. International Literature shows that these results are more prevalent among boys. These results are best achieved the better if you give the quality of implementation. Similarly, it will be included an analysis of the presence of moderation in workshops for parents, by checking whether the participation of parents or guardians produces differences in behavior change. The results will make it possible to bolster expansion decisions, modification or suspension of the program by CGMAD. Behavior Therapy Behavioural Primary Prevention CONDITION: Attention Deficit and Disruptive Behavior Disorders Behavioral problems and aggression in childhood ; Attention Deficit and Disruptive Behavior Disorders F00‐F99 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Evaluate the effectiveness of the adapted version to the Brazil of the program Elos 2.0 in the implementation model proposed by the Ministry of health among students from 1st to 4th. year of elementary school I of public schools in three Brazilian cities. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Assess changes in prevalence reported to the outcomes (Aggressive, Disruptive Behavior, Engaging in activities, socialization and Self‐control) by comparing the control and intervention group at two moments in time evaluation (0 and 6 months) using the American scale TOCA (Teacher Observation of Child Adaptation); and classroom observation INCLUSION CRITERIA: Be a student enrolled in the 1st to 4th. year of public schools selected randomly from the INEP list, and consent to answer the questionnaire of pre and post test.
