**Efficacy and Safety of Vonoprazan-Based Bismuth-Free Dual Therapy versus Keverprazan-Based Bismuth-Free Dual Therapy for Helicobacter pylori Eradication: a Multicenter, Open-Label, Randomized Controlled Trial**

INTERVENTION: Group VA:Vonoprazan 20 mg bid+ amoxicillin 1 g tid, administered orally for 14 days.;Group KA:Keverprazan 20 mg bid+ amoxicillin 1 g tid, administered orally for 14 days.; CONDITION: Helicobacter pylori infection PRIMARY OUTCOME: Eradication rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Patient adherence;Incidence of adverse reactions; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Aged 18–70 years; 2.Patients with confirmed Helicobacter pylori positivity by ¹³C/¹4C urea breath test; 3.Patients without prior H. pylori eradication therapy; 4.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
