INTERVENTION: Intervention1: 1.5 degree tapered dental implant design: A dental implant with a 1.5 tapered implant body, in which the implant diameter gradually decreases from the coronal portion toward the apical portion. The implant will be surgically placed in a partially edentulous mandibular site according to the planned implant position and standard surgical protocol. Implant stability, marginal bone level changes and bleeding score will be assessed during the follow‐up period. Control Intervention1: 6 Degree tapered design dental implant: A dental implant with a 6 tapered implant body, in which the implant diameter decreases more progressively from the coronal portion toward the apical portion compared with the 1.5 tapered design. The implant will be surgically placed in a partially edentulous mandibular site according to the planned implant position and standard surgical protocol. Implant stability, marginal bone level changes and bleeding score will be assessed during the follow‐up period. CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: Implant stability measured by resonance frequency analysisTimepoint: Immediately after implant placement, three months, six months, and twelve months after implant placement SECONDARY OUTCOME: Bleeding On probingTimepoint: At 3 months At 6 months And At 12 months post implant placement Marginal Bone levelTimepoint: At 6 months and 1 year post implant Placement INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patient willing to undergo prosthetic replacement with dental implant. 2. Participants willing to sign on a written consent form. 3. Male and female patients aged between 20 and 60 years. 4. Systemically healthy patients.
