INTERVENTION: Angina pectoris control group:Standard treatment;Angina pectoris HXQS group:Standard treatment+HXQS Granules;Stroke control group:Standard treatment;Stroke HXQS group:Standard treatment+HXQS Granules; CONDITION: Angina Pectoris BA40.0 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Left ventricular end‐systolic volume index;Left ventricular ejection fraction;Seattle Angina Scale;National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale;Chinese Stroke Scale;SF36 Quality of Life Scale;Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scale; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with angina pectoris or stroke; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for phlegm‐dampness and blood stasis syndrome simultaneously; 3) Aged between 18 and 80. 4) I have not taken antibiotics, steroids or other hormones, Chinese herbal preparations (including oral and intravenous administration), probiotic preparations, or yogurt or other probiotics in the past month.
