Group 2: Waiting‐list control group: 4‐week waiting period with no intervention. CONDITION: ; G43 Migraine PRIMARY OUTCOME: Symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety as measured by the German version of the shortened 21‐item “Depression Anxiety Stress Scales” (Lovibond & Lovibond, 2011; Nilges & Essau, 2015). ; Furthermore, headache management will be measured using the shortened “Headache Management Self‐Efficacy Scale”(6 items; French et al., 2000; Graef et al., 2015). ; Believes about stress will be measured by the “Stress Mindset Measure” (8 items; Crum et al., 2013).; For the intervention group, a baseline measurements will be taken, another measurement before each video session and one week after the training has finished. A follow‐up assessment will be carried out six weeks later.; For the waiting‐list control group, baseline measurements will be taken and repeated four weeks later. SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1. In this session, participants` stress mindset is measured before and after the session, to test for short‐term effects of the stress mindset intervention. ; 2. For exploratory purposes, we will collect a range of demographic information (e.g., age, sex, employment status, degree of disability). INCLUSION CRITERIA: Adequate knowledge of German language, suffering from migraines
