INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Customized healing abutment: A prefabricated titanium healing abutment will be selected according to implant platform diameter and customized chairside using light‐cured composite resin to reproduce the desired cervical contour and emergence profile. The customized healing abutment will be placed immediately after implant placement and torqued according to the manufacturers recommended torque. Control Intervention1: Prefabricated titanium healing abutment: A standardized prefabricated titanium healing abutment will be selected according to implant platform diameter and placed without modification immediately after implant placement. The abutment will be torqued according to the manufacturers instructions. Control Intervention2: Prefabricated healing abutment: A standardized prefabricated titanium healing abutment will be selected according to implant platform diameter and placed without modification immediately after implant placement. The abutment will be torqued according to the manufacturers instructions. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K084‐ Partial loss of teeth PRIMARY OUTCOME: Change in transgingival mucosal thickness in mm around implants restored with customized and prefabricated healing abutments in posterior single tooth implant restorations.Timepoint: Baseline, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after implant placement. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Buccolingual emergence profile width in mm around implants restored with customized and prefabricated healing abutments in posterior single tooth implant restorations.Timepoint: Baseline, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after implant placement. Marginal bone level changes in mm around implants restored with customized and prefabricated healing abutments in posterior single tooth implant restorations.Timepoint: Baseline, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after implant placement. Peri‐implant probing depth in mm around implants restored with customized and prefabricated healing abutments in posterior single tooth implant restorations.Timepoint: Baseline, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after implant placement. INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients medically fit for minor oral surgery. 2. Patients aged 18 to 45 years. 3. Patients of either gender. 4.
