A Study on the Service Model of Preventive Intervention and Its Demonstration for Individuals with Prehypertension and Pre-Metabolic Dysfunction

INTERVENTION: Control Group:Distribute Health Education Manuals;Provide in‐person guidance to subjects in setting health promotion goals and motivate them to achieve these goals;Wear smart watches to conduct health data monitoring.;Intervention Group:On the basis of the control group intervention, comprehensive intervention is carried out using a personalized Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) "Preventive Treatment" service package, which is tailored according to the results of the "Constitution‐Disease‐Syndrome" identification.; CONDITION: Prehypertension and Pre‐dysglycemia/dyslipidemia PRIMARY OUTCOME: Disease progression rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: The numerical changes in blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipid levels;TCM constitution score;TCM Syndrome Score;BMI;BMR;Scores of SF‐12, PSQI, PHQ‐9, and GAD‐7; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Overall Level: Inclusion Criteria 1. The research site must be able to enroll at least 50 eligible participants for each of the following conditions: critical hypertension, pre‐diabetes, and borderline elevated blood lipids. 2. Participants must agree to participate in the project for a minimum of 2 years. 3. The research site must agree to designate at least 3 full‐time or part‐time project leaders to execute the TCM "Preventive Treatment" health promotion plan, implementing interventions, conducting follow‐ups, ensuring data quality control, and fulfilling other research responsibilities. 4. The research center must agree to be randomly assigned to any group within the study.
