INTERVENTION: APRE:Autoregulating Progressive Resistance Exercise;VBRT:Velocity‐Based Resistance Training; CONDITION: Lower extremity motor ability PRIMARY OUTCOME: Squat 1RM;Countermovement Jump;Drop Jump Test;Kicks Strength Test;Hexagonal Text;taekwondo‐specific agility test;5s front kick;Wingate Anaerobic Test;Taekwondo Anaerobic Intermittent Kick Test;Inbody; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. All participants are over 18 years old; 2. At least 3 years of specialized experience in taekwondo; 3. The Taekwondo team of Guangzhou Sports Training College is a national second level athlete or above; 4. The subjects voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow‐up interventions.
