INTERVENTION: Trial group:Jinzhen oral liquid combined with routine western medicine treatment;Control group:The placebo combined with routine western medicine treatment; CONDITION: Hand Foot and Mouth Disease ICD‐10 B08.401 PRIMARY OUTCOME: fever clearance time;rash /oral ulcer healing time; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Frequency of use of ibuprofen and the total dose;direct medical cost;conversion of critical condition;the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs;safety outcome; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Meet with the diagnostic standard of "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Hand Foot and Mouth Disease 2010"; (2) The appearance of fever or rash is not more than 48 hours; (3) Aged 1 to 7 years old; (4) Temperature <= 39 degree C; (5) Guardians agree to participate in randomized controlled trials and signed the informed consent
