INTERVENTION: Routine training group:Task‐oriented functional training, 40 min/session, 1 session/day, 5 days/week, for 8 consecutive weeks. Each session consists of a 5‐min warm‐up, 30‐min main training, and 5‐min cool‐down. The main training mainly includes postural control, weight shifting, sit‐to‐stand transitions, straight‐line walking, direction changes, obstacle‐crossing walking, target reaching, and object retrieval and placement. The rehabilitation therapist adjusts the training difficulty according to the child’s movement quality, level of fatigue, and safety performance.;Adaptive HIIT group:Heart rate‐monitored adaptive high‐intensity interval training, 40 min/session, 1 session/day, 5 days/week, for 8 consecutive weeks. Before training, an incremental walking or treadmill test is performed to determine the individual peak heart rate (HRpeak). Each session consists of a 5‐min warm‐up, 20 min of adaptive HIIT, 10 min of functional consolidation training, and a 5‐min cool‐down. The HIIT protocol consists of 10 cycles of 1 min of high‐intensity functional training + 1 min of low‐intensity recovery. The target heart rate is 80%‐90% HRpeak during the high‐intensity phase and 60%‐70% HRpeak during the low‐intensity recovery phase. Training load is adjusted according to the child’s heart rate response, rating of perceived exertion, movement quality, and level of fatigue.;Combined training group:Adaptive high‐intensity interval training combined with artificial intelligence‐assisted rehabilitation, 40 min/session, 1 session/day, 5 days/week, for 8 consecutive weeks. Each session consists of a 5‐min warm‐up, 20 min of adaptive HIIT, 10 min of AI‐assisted functional training, and a 5‐min cool‐down. The training content, target heart rate ranges, load adjustment, and safety criteria CONDITION: Spastic cerebral palsy PRIMARY OUTCOME: GMFM‐88 Dimension E raw score; SECONDARY OUTCOME: GMFM‐88 Dimension D raw score;Timed Up and Go Test (TUG);10‐Meter Walk Test (10MWT);Five Times Sit‐to‐Stand Test (5STS);Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score;Functional Reach Test (FRT) distance;Gastrocnemius MTS R1, R2, and R2‐R1; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.
