Comparison of Different Remineralizing Agents for Improving Enamel Surface Properties After Interproximal Reduction

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Remineralizing agent application: Extraction of premolars performed 1 month after IPR and weekly application of nHAp serum,5% NaF varnish and Strontium‐Doped Nano‐Hydroxyapatite Paste will be applied twice daily. Control Intervention1: No remineralizing agent / Untreated control: No interproximal stripping was performed, and first premolars were extracted CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: To evaluate and compare the effect of various remineralizing agent after IPR on enamel composition through Energy dispersive X ray Spectroscopy.Timepoint: T0 to T1 30 days SECONDARY OUTCOME: To evaluate and compare the effect of various remineralizing agent after IPR on enamel surface roughness through Scanning electron microscopy. ; To evaluate and compare the effect of various remineralizing agent after IPR on enamel microhardness through Vickers microhardness.Timepoint: T0 to T1 30 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patient indicated with maxillary First Premolar extraction.
