INTERVENTION: Intervention1: One Handed airway technique: One Handed airway technique will involve a left‐hand chin lift, with the fifth finger at the left mandibular angle and third and fourth fingers on the left mandibular ramus with the thumb and inde Xfinger on top of the mask, upper and lower molars in contact with each other. Control Intervention1: Two Handed airway technique: Two Handed airway technique will involve a jaw thrust, with the inde Xfingers of each hand causing anterior displacement of the mandible with the mouth open and maintaining mask contact with the patient s face using both thumbs. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K409‐ Unilateral inguinal hernia, without obstruction or gangrene PRIMARY OUTCOME: Comparison of mean EtCO2 value after 3 min bag mask ventilation between the two mask‐holding techniques in paediatric patients by inexperienced airway providers.Timepoint: During 3 minutes manual ventilation the EtCO2 value at every 15 seconds SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1. Failed Breaths: The number of failed breaths as reflected by no exhaled tidal volume recorded by anaesthesia machine display ; 2. Characteristic of the EtCO2 curve ; 3. Incidence of desaturation ; 4. Incidence of stomach inflation ; 5. Comfortability of both techniques to airway providers: Comfortability level of the airway provider with the use of assigned technique using 5‐point Likert scale.Timepoint: Data collection and data entry phase: 12 months. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients presenting for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia : 1. Age group: 1‐3 years 2. Sex: Both male and female 3. Child without any congenital disease 4.
