The study of the intervention and effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine for difficult and complicated diseases

INTERVENTION: Group A:GnRH‐a, 3.75mg, hypodermic injection or intramuscular injection, once a month. Or gestrinone 2.5 mg, twice a week;Group B:oral medication of Chinese herbal medicine, qd ; CONDITION: 5556N800 pelvic endmetriosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: CA125;B‐ultrasonic scan;Chronic Pelvic Pain Scor; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Menstruation Score;Gestational conditions;Whole Body Symptoms Score;Dysmenorrhea Score; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) meet the diagnose standards and TCM standars of pelvic endometriosis; (2) no history of serious drug allergy; (3) no history of surgery or laparoscopic operation due to pelvic endometriosis; (4) no medication for this desease in the previous 6 months before the operation; (5) no history of serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases or hematopoietic system diseases, no history of mental diseases; (6) women without lactation; (7) aged from 18 to 45; (8) the clinical classification belongs to ovarian endometriosis (endometrial cyst) and/or deep infiltrating endometriosis (the depth of lesions infiltration >=5mm, usually seen in the areas of utero‐sacral ligament, douglas pouch, vaginal fornix and vagina‐rectum); (9) patients recieved the first conservative surgery for pelvic endometriosis would be grouped during the 1‐5th day of first menstruation; (10) patients s
