Clinical efficacy evaluation of acupuncture combined with other external treatments in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia

INTERVENTION: test group:Acupuncture therapy and other external treatment methods;control group:Acupuncture therapy; CONDITION: Trigeminal neuralgia PRIMARY OUTCOME: Degree of pain (NRS);Frequency of pain; SECONDARY OUTCOME: The corresponding days when the degree of pain attack is reduced by 30%, 50% and 70%;he corresponding days when the frequency of pain attack is reduced by 2 and 4 points; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Patients aged between 18 and 85; (2) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of PTN and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria; (3) Those who voluntarily accept acupuncture or/and other external treatment and sign the informed consent; (4) Did not participate in other clinical researchers.
