INTERVENTION: Intervention group,:Family‐Centered Advance Care Planning;control group:Routine care; CONDITION: breast cancer PRIMARY OUTCOME: patient's advance care planning acceptance questionnaire, ACPQ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Measurement Scale of Quality of Life for Patients with Breast Cancer, FACT‐B;Chinese Templer‐Death Anxiety Scale, T‐DAS);Meaning in Life Questionnaire, MLQ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients: (1) >= 18 years old; (2) Breast cancer was diagnosed by pathology or histology, and its clinical stage was stage I IV; (3) After surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other tumor‐related treatment; (4) The patient knows his condition and has no language communication barrier; (5) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form Family members: (1) Without mental and language barriers, can communicate; (2) Take care of the patient's family or relatives for a long time; (3) Understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily participate in this study
