This study aims to explore the relationship between spinal alignment and functionalperformance in individuals with upper cross syndrome following a combined breathing andmanual therapy program. It is designed as a secondary analysis of data obtained from apreviously conducted randomized controlled trial, with the addition of objective spinalmeasurements using the Spinal Mouse device. Functional performance will be assessed usingstandardized tests such as the 6‐minute walk test and the timed up and go test.Statistical analysis will include correlation and regression models to determine whetherspinal alignment parameters can predict functional outcomes. The findings are expected toprovide insight into the biomechanical role of posture in functional recovery amongindividuals with upper cross syndrome.
