INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Obturagun: Obturagu consists of two parts: 1. Volume based ampule 2. Toy Gun Volume based ampule is designed to reduce wastage and prevent contamination of obturating material. Toy gun will act as a camouflage device to reduce syringe phobia. Thus over all Obturagun will improve efficiency of root canal obturation in primary teeth, reduced obturation time, reduces syringe phobia in child patient and economical Intervention2: Obturagun: Obturagun consists of two parts: 1. This paste will be used in Obturagun for obturation of primary teeth (Vitapex) CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K041‐ Necrosis of pulp PRIMARY OUTCOME: Under filling (score 1) â?? Canal filled more than 2 mm short of the apex ; Optimal filling (score 2) â?? Canal filling ending at the radiographic apex or up to 2 mm short of apex ; Overfilling (score 3) â?? Any canal showing filling outside the root apex ; Timepoint: Under filling (score 1) â?? Canal filled more than 2 mm short of the apex ; Optimal filling (score 2) â?? Canal filling ending at the radiographic apex or up to 2 mm short of apex ; Overfilling (score 3) â?? Any canal showing filling outside the root apex ; ; Recorded immediately after obturation ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: to evaluate ; wastage contamination of obturation material ; ; to evaluate the acceptability of obturagun by pediatric patientTimepoint: During root canal obturation INCLUSION CRITERIA: Caries involving pulp/ grossly carious teeth Presence or absence of sign of pulpal degeneration such as sinus, pain on percussion, periapical abscess Periapical radiograph showing signs of pulpal degeneration such as furcation involvement, internal resorption,
