This study aims to develop and validate the Learning to Communicate Successfully Approach (LCSA), a culturally sensitive communication intervention manual for Urdu-speaking adults with chronic aphasia. Aphasia is a language disorder that can affect speaking, understanding, reading, writing, and everyday communication, commonly following stroke or other neurological conditions. The LCSA addresses communication difficulties while also considering participation in daily life, communication partners, the communication environment, and personal and psychosocial factors. The study evaluates the feasibility, applicability, and outcomes of the LCSA approach in Urdu-speaking adults with chronic aphasia.
