Research and Demonstration of Smart IoT Technologies for Sensory Reconstruction Medical Devices Applied to the “Qiming Action” in Xinjiang Aid Programs

INTERVENTION: Group 1:First receive online remote debugging, then receive offline traditional debugging after washout period;Group 2:First receive offline traditional debugging, then receive online remote debugging after washout period; CONDITION: Sensorineural hearing loss PRIMARY OUTCOME: Proportion of subjects achieving effective improvement in hearing; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Whether the software is running normally, and whether there is any fault or abnormality in the debugging process.;Speech ability assessment is not inferior to before debugging.; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Cochlear implant recipients aged 6 to 60 years; 2. The cochlear implant must be activated for at least si Xmonths; 3. CAP score of 4 or above; 4. Willing to cooperate with the test; 5. Patients or guardians are skilled in using NURTRON software; 6. Be able to provide accurate feedback; 7. Be able to communicate with researchers and comply with all research requirements; 8. Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
