A Study to Compare Individually Selected Homoeopathic Medicines Based on Bogers Synoptic Key with Calcarea Phosphorica 6X for Improving Knee Osteoarthritis Symptoms in Women, Assessed Using the WOMAC Scale

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Homoeopathic Medicine: Individual Medicine By Using Boger s Synoptic Key Intervention2: Individualised Homoeopathic Medicine: Individual Medicine By Using Boger s Synoptic Key. Dose and potency According to susceptibility of the patient and Homoeopathic law of minimum dose ,follow up in every 2 weeks for 6 months Control Intervention1: Calcarea Phosphorica 6X: 3 tablets thrice daily with followup in every 2 weeks for 6 months CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M15‐M19‐ Osteoarthritis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Effectiveness of Boger synoptic repertory in suggesting Homoeopathic individualized Medicine for treating females with osteoarthritis compared to calcarea phos 6x will be determined. ; Timepoint: Baseline , 1 month , 3 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: Rubrics are evaluated and validated based on clinical improvement of Osteoarthritis knee symptoms. ; Reduction in WOMAC pain score ; Reduction in WOMAC stiffness score ; Reduction in WOMAC physical function score ; Reduction in total WOMAC score change. ; Timepoint: Baseline , 1 month , 3 months INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Participants with clinical diagnosis of osteoarthritis. 2. Patients willing to participate and give informed consent. 3. Patients attending OPD regularly for followup.
