INTERVENTION: Research Group:Ten minutes before the end of the surgery, acupuncture was performed at the bilateral Neiguan (PC6) and Jianshi (PC5) acupoints. Neiguan (PC6): located 2 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendon of the palmaris longus and the tendon of the flexor carpi radialis; straight insertion of 0.5–1.0 cun, until the Qi is obtained. Jianshi (PC5): located 3 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons; straight insertion of 0.5–1.0 cun. Electroacupuncture parameters: bilateral PC6–PC5 connected for electrical stimulation (contralateral same configuration), dense‐sparse wave at 2/100 Hz, current adjusted to needle sensation or slight twitching of local muscle bundles (approximately 0.5–1.5 mA), each session lasting 30 minutes. Timing and frequency: electroacupuncture initiated 10 minutes before the end of surgery, lasting 30 minutes; once each on postoperative days 1 and 2, with the same protocol and parameters.;Control Group:Needle pricking is not feasible.; CONDITION: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy PRIMARY OUTCOME: Postoperative cognitive function;Awakening Quality; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients diagnosed with gallbladder disease, planned to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treatment; Age 20‐60 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I III;
