INTERVENTION: N04.761 This is a research of technological production, for the development of a mobile application, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, with a longitudinal and experimental design. It is a two‐arm, double‐blind, randomized controlled clinical trial. Experimental Group: 57 seniors will receive the mobile application on their cell phone, for screening and health promotion. Control group: 57 elderly people, who did not receive any health instructions. The group that does not use the application in this first moment, period of 14 weeks, will be invited to use the application later for another 14 weeks. Within this project, we will ask participants (from both groups) to have the same assessments made at EEFERP‐USP and at home (self‐assessment), and we will analyze the measurement errors in both situations, to verify the reliability of the data added to the applications by the users themselves. elderly. Reviews will happen in two ways, collected inside the application and outside the application. The first way will be continuous evaluations, which will be collected by the users themselves with the insertion of data into the application – only the application group will participate and the time of use of the application will be decided by the user. And the second way will be the evaluations by period, which took place at an interval of 14 weeks. Ratings by period will be evaluated in 2 moments (pre and post) in both groups (experimental and control). The following parameters will be evaluated according to the literature: Body mass (kg) / Height (m) / Body mass inde X(kg/m2) / Waist circumference (cm) / Systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg) / Glycemia (mg/ dl) / Dyslipidemia / Long International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) adapted for the elderly / Dieta CONDITION: C23.550.291.898 Diabetes mellitus; Aged; Elderly nutrition; Sleep; Mental health PRIMARY OUTCOME: Manage to develop an application that promotes, through gamification, health habits (physical activity, food, sleep and mental health) in the elderly, and apply validation methods for effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction through the system usability scale (SUS) questionnaires , suitability assessment of materials (SAM), and content validity index (CVI). With results for a superior and qualified material for use SECONDARY OUTCOME: Analyze the applicability of the application and verify the effects of the application in changes in behavior and health parameters. It is expected that a trace of two healthy habits will be found during the 14 weeks of intervention. There will be fair evaluations before and after intervention with an application to analyze or increase these habits, and to improve some health parameters, such as blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, BMI, and health knowledge. Data collected one week before the intervention and two weeks after the intervention INCLUSION CRITERIA: People with an age equal to or greater than 60 years who have a cellular device that can support the use of the application and its resources
