Comparison of local anesthesia onset and duration based on temperature and pharmacological agents

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: 1ml of warm 2%lignocaine: check the onset and duration of supplemental local infiltration along with main nerve block Intervention2: 1ml of cold 2% lignocaine with 1:200000 adrenaline: check the onset and duration of supplemental local infiltration along with main nerve block Intervention3: 1ml of tramadol: check the onset and duration of supplemental local infiltration along with main nerve block Intervention4: 1ml of Dexamethasone: check the onset and duration of supplemental local infiltration along with main nerve block Control Intervention1: 2% lignocaine with 1:200,000 adrenaline at room temperature: Main nerve block was given with 2% lignocaine with 1:200000 adrenaline which will be compared with other groups who received supplemental local anesthesia along with main nerve block Control Intervention2: 2%lignocaine with 1:200000 adrenaline as supplemental anesthesia: Main nerve block of 1.8ml 2%lignocaine with 1:200000 adrenaline with supplemental local infiltration of 2%lignocaine with 1:200000 adrenaline to check onset and duration of anesthesia CONDITION: Health Condition 1: 8‐ Other Procedures PRIMARY OUTCOME: effect of various agents as supplemental anesthesia on onset and duration of anesthesia for patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitisTimepoint: 3 minutes after injection local infiltration before starting treatment and during the procedure SECONDARY OUTCOME: any associated side effectTimepoint: duration of supplemental local anesthesia patient pain levels assessed before & after the procedure using numeric pain rating scaleTimepoint: pain rating scale before & after the completion of procedure INCLUSION CRITERIA: Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis Teeth with normal tooth anatomy Class I or II medical history (American Society of Anesthesiologists)
