Aims of the project This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a brief nursing advice in reducing depressive symptoms among university students who presented mild to moderate depressive symptoms at the University Health Service. 5. Outcomes The primary outcome of this study is the university students\' decreasing level of depressive symptoms.
