INTERVENTION: Acupuncture Group:In addition to conventional medical therapy, acupuncture treatment will be administered twice a week, 20 minutes per session, for 4 weeks.;Waiting‐list group:Participants will maintain their original drug therapy and will not receive acupuncture treatment.; CONDITION: Idiopathic Premature Ventricular Contractions PRIMARY OUTCOME: Total number of Premature Ventricular Contractions on 24‐hour Holter; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Premature Ventricular Contractions Burden;Visual Analogue Scale Score;Arrhythmia‐Specific questionnaire in Tachycardia and Arrhythmia,ASTA;SF‐36 scale;Traditional Chinese Medicine Pattern Score; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Eligibility Criteria 1)Diagnostic Criteria (Idiopathic Premature Ventricular Contraction, PVC) Participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic PVCs as defined in the 2017 AHA/ACC/HRS Guideline for Management of Patients with Ventricular Arrhythmias and the Prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death or the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmias (2021). The diagnosis should be established after exclusion of structural heart disease and secondary causes, and must satisfy all of the following: Characteristics of Arrhythmia: 24‐hour Holter ECG confirms the presence of PVCs, which may be monomorphic or polymorphic, with or without non‐sustained ventricular tachycardia (hemodynamically stable). Normal Cardiac Structure and Function: Echocardiography: Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) = 50%; normal chamber size, wall thickness, wall motion, and valvular function; no evidence of structural heart d
