INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Cervical stabilization exercises: 0 to 6 weeks Head resistance in forward and side bending and turning left and right using a yellow elastic band. Chin tuck in sitting position on the swiss ball the same time flexing the shoulder 90 to 120 degree and then lifting the opposite leg. Controlling the swiss ball with the back of the head and forehead, and simultaneously shoulder abduction upto 90 degree with an elastic band Picking up the swiss ball and chin tuck Three15s repetitions each time Rest between each set was 30s and 1 min between each exercise Conventional therapy Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for 10 min, frequency 80‐ 120 hz, pulse width ‐200 microsecond Stretching of trapezius and levator scapulae‐ 3 repetition, 30 sec hold 10 sec relaxation Isometric exercise of neck‐ 10 repetition for 10 sec hold Postural exercise ‐ 10 repetition, 5sec hold Intervention2: Postural stabilization exercise: 0 to 6 weeks Deep cervical flexor muscle exercise using pressure biofeedback given for 10 times by holding for 10 s Chin tuck exercise given for 15 repetitions Shoulder shrug exercise given for 3sets of 10 repetitions Scapular retraction exercise for 2 set of 15 rep c 10s hold Scapular dynamic stabilization exercise for 2 set of 15 rep c 10s hold Scapular upward rotation exercise given for 3 set of 10‐15 rep c 3s hold Arm raises for the lower trapezius muscle fibers for 3 set of 10‐15 rep Lumbopelvic stabilization exercises using pressure biofeedback for 10 times by holding for 10 s Bridge exercise for 10‐15 rep with 5 10s rest Abdominal sit‐up exercise for 10‐15 rep with 5 10s rest Bird dog exercise for 10‐15 rep with 5 10s rest Conventional therapy Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for 10 min, frequency 80‐ 120 hz, pulse width ‐200 microsecond Stretching of trapezius and levator scapulae‐ 3 repetition, 30 sec hold 10 sec relaxation Isometric exercise of neck‐ 10 repetition for 10 sec hold Postural exercise ‐ 10 repetition, 5sec hold Control Intervention1: NA: NA CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M542‐ Cervicalgia PRIMARY OUTCOME: 1.
