Effect of tuina combined with PNF on nonspecific chronic neck pain in college students: a randomized controlled clinical trial

INTERVENTION: Combination group:Tuina combined with PNF;Tuina group:Tuina;PNF group:PNF; CONDITION: nonspecific chronic neck pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: Visual Analogue Scale(VAS);the Neck Disability Index (NDI); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Range of Motion of Cervical Spine;Surface Electromyography(sEMG);Motion Capture;Body Posture; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Based on "the 2014 Evidence‐Based Guidelines for the Treatment of Neck Pain in Adults with Chiropractic Therapy in Canada" The criteria for diagnosis of neck pain are determined below, (1) Pain, stiffness, and limited mobility in the occiput, neck and shoulder and/or scapula area; (2) Neck pain with or without headache and sleep disturbance; (3) Course of illness =3 months; (4) Osteophytes at the edges of the vertebral body can be seen on X‐rays, and the physiological curvature of the cervical spine becomes shallow or disappear; (5) Physical examination of the cervical spine showed no signs of nerve root compression; It can be diagnosed as chronic non‐specific neck pain if it meets (1), (3) (5).
