INTERVENTION: Dexmedetomidine,Propofol Experimental Drug,Experimental Drug Intravenous dexmedetomidine (4mcg/ml) 0.2‐0.7 mcg/kg/hr for 24 hrs,Intravenous propofol(10mg/ml) 0.5‐4 mg/kg/hr for 24 hrs CONDITION: Dexmedetomidine, Propofol, Major gastrointestinal surgery, Intestinal barrier function, D‐lactate, Randomized Major gastrointestinal surgery ; Dexmedetomidine, Propofol, Major gastrointestinal surgery, Intestinal barrier function, D‐lactate, Randomized PRIMARY OUTCOME: D‐lactate dehydrogenase 0,12,24 hrs at the beginning of study colorimetric SECONDARY OUTCOME: Time to first defecation at the beginning of study hours INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age more than 18 years old and under 80 years old 2. Elective case for major GI surgery 3. Tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation at least 12 hrs in ICU admission 4. Epidural Analgesia
