INTERVENTION: endotracheal intubation using the direct routine laryngoscope intubation using the indirect video laryngoscope with preshaping the tube with stylet CONDITION: ; Anaesthesia Anaesthesia PRIMARY OUTCOME: Comparison between the effects of the use of the indirect video laryngoscope and the direct laryngoscope on the systolic, diastolic, mean blood pressure and heart rate of the patients.
