INTERVENTION: A randomized, chronic clinical trial with crossover design will be conducted, lasting approximately 15 weeks, in which 12 of them will be dedicated to interventions and a week of washout. In the pre‐intervention week, on three different days, with intervals of 48 hours between them, the participants will perform the ethical procedures (TCLE) and characterization of the sample with collection of anthropometric measurements and personal data. Before the interventions, all participants must perform the following tests to determine the baseline: 1) Hearbeat counting task (HCT) and ;2) Physical tests. The HCT will have 3 stages with duration times of 18, 20 and 22s. After verification of eligibility, participants will be randomized into two groups to carry out the interventions (www.randomizer.org). During si Xweeks, one of the groups will perform a program of self‐selected exercises (EA) combined with binaural audios (AB), while the other group will be allocated to perform an EA program without stimulation by AB. The binaural stimulation frequency will be a mi Xbetween Beta (20 Hz) and Gamma (40 Hz), lasting 5 min before the training session. After the initial si Xweeks, the participants will have a week of washout and then a crossing will be made to allocate them in groups to carry out the opposite interventions at the beginning of the research, for another si Xweeks. At the end of the 12 weeks of intervention, the participants will perform the same procedures as in the pre‐intervention week. Each session will have a total duration of approximately 60 min, and the interventions will take place three times a week, and will consist of bodybuilding training. E02.760.169.063.500.387.875 CONDITION: Depression F01.145.126 PRIMARY OUTCOME: It is expected to find a decrease in the participants' depression symptoms from the practice of exercises associated with binaural stimulations. SECONDARY OUTCOME: No secondary outcomes expected INCLUSION CRITERIA: Adults; both sexes; symptoms of depression
