CRD SUMMARY: This review concluded that physical activity interventions that involving t'ai chi or qigong may improve outcomes that include physical function, blood pressure, risk of falls and depression and anxiety in older people. Poor reporting of review methods, risk of language bias and lack of validity assessment of the included trials mean that the reliability of the conclusions is uncertain.
