INTERVENTION: A:preoperative conformal radiotherapy combined with precision centripetalism resection;B:precision centripetalism resection; CONDITION: primary liver cancer PRIMARY OUTCOME: Overall survival;Recurrent rates and Survival rates in 1,2 year;Volume of bleeding; SECONDARY OUTCOME: radiographic parameters;Liver function afer hepatectom; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. 20 to 70 years old male or non‐pregnant female hepatocellular carcinoma patient; 2. Portal vein tumor thrombus, I, II, III‐type (Cheng SQ, et al. Hepato‐Gastroenterology 2007; 54: 499‐502); 3. Pathologically proved HCC, single tumor <10cm in diameter, without extrahepatic metastasis or adjacent organ involvement before surgery; 4. BCLC stage is either A or B, liver function is Child‐Pugh A or B; 5. No apparent abnormality of the heart, lung, and kidney; 6. No HCV, HIV and syphilis infection; 7. Patients should sign the informed consent of this study.
