Pilates effects in pregnant women

INTERVENTION: E02.779 It will be held two intervention groups, compound 30 women,Pilates group with mild to moderate exercise following the principles of Joseph Pilates and the control group had performed conventional physiotherapy exercises, aerobic, strengthening and stretching. Both activities will take place twice a week with duration of 60 min between the 16th and the 36th week of pregnancy. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Capacity of pelvic floor muscles contraction, assessed by digital palpation. ; urinary ; ; ; Degree of functional disability related to low back pain, assessed using Oswestry Questionnaire. ; Quality of life, assessed using WHOQOL questionnaire. ; ; ; Urinary loss and urinary frequency during the day and night, assessed using voiding diary. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Were considered as INCLUSION CRITERIA: gilts; aged over 18 years ; the absence of gestational complications described by the medical follow‐up.
