基于子午流注理论的健康教育干预在肝阳上亢型高血压病人中的应用.

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the application effect of health education intervention based on Ziwuliuzhu theory for patients with hyperactivity of liveryang type hypertension. METHODS: According to the random number table method, a total of 120 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care and health instruction. The pationts in intervention group were give TCM nursing health education intervention according to Ziwuliuzhu theory on the patient's life,emotion,diet and medication.after 1 d, 15 d, 30 d two groups of patients' blood pressure and hyperactivity of liveryang symptom score were observed. RESULTS: After intervention,the scores of 15 d,30 d blood pressure and hyperactivity of liver-yang symptom in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical symptoms of Ziwuliuzhu theory under the guidance of TCM nursing intervention could effectively improve the health education of patients with hypertension, improve the antihypertensive effect of non drug.
