Effect of acupressure (UB32) on pain intensity in intramuscular injections in women referring to emergency department

INTERVENTION: In acupressure group, UB32 point pressure by hand palm as circle then by thumb 3 times, after that the drug was injected. In control group the drug was injected routinely. Intervention 1: In acupressure group, UB32 point pressure by hand palm as circle then by thumb 3 times, after that the drug was injected. Intervention 2: In control group the drug was injected routinely. Prevention CONDITION: Pain in limb pain. ; Pain in limb PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain sevirity. Timepoint: immediatly post injection. Method of measurement: visual analoue scale. INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1‐ age between 15‐55 years old; 2‐ female gender; 3‐no history of IM injection during 2 weeks ago. Exclusion criteria: 1‐ patients who have other drugs simultaneously. 2‐ Patients who have frequent injections.
