INTERVENTION: experimental group:JingFangWenYang formula;control group:Oral administration of Mesalqin Sustained‐release Granules; CONDITION: Chronic ulcerative colitis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Disease severity and patient activity (modified Mayo score);Baron endoscopic score;Gebones index; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Symptom and syndrome integral scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine;Blood routine examination;Stool routine examination (+ occult blood test);Liver function examination;Renal function examination;Inflammatory indicators; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Western medicine diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for ulcerative colitis; 2.TCM syndrome differentiation is mainly based on spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, accompanied by spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome; 3.The age ranges from 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; 4.The patient gave informed consent, was willing to undergo relevant examinations, and signed the informed consent form. The informed consent process complied with the Drug Clinical Management Rules (GCP).
