INTERVENTION: Group A:Pringle's maneuver;Group B 60 Hemihepatic vascular exclusion:Hemihepatic vascular exclusion; CONDITION: hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with hepatocirrhosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Recurrent rates and Survival rates in 2,3 year;Recurrent rates and Survival rates in 1 year; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Liver function 3 days after hepatectomy;Volume of bleeding;Liver function 5 days after hepatectom; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Diagnosis of "hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with hepatocirrhosis"; 2. Liver function is Child‐Pugh A or B; 3. Non apparent abnormality of the heart, lung, and kidney
