INTERVENTION: Group N:Oxygen is administered through the nose with a common nasal catheter;Group R:A small enhanced tracheal tube is inserted nasal and connected to a ventilator for oxygen delivery; CONDITION: Pulmonary mass PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pulse blood oxygen saturation, SpO2; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Mean arterial pressure, MAP;Heart Rate, HR;Check operation time;Anesthesia recovery time; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients with ASA Grade I to III, 50 to 70 years old, undergoing elective fiber bronchoscopy.
