Clinical trial to assess the role of Ahara Vidhi Vidhan (dietary pattern according to Ayurveda) in management of Agnimandya (Indigestion)

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K929‐ Disease of digestive system, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: Improvement in Agnibala (Abhyavaharana Shakti and Jaran Shakti)Timepoint: Improvement in Agnibala (Abhyavaharana Shakti and Jaran Shakti)‐30 days SECONDARY OUTCOME: Conceptual study of Ahara Vidhi Vidhan ; Timepoint: conceptual study will be completed in 3 months INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients having clinical symptoms of Agnimandya. 2. Adults of age group 20‐40 years irrespective of race, occupation (here it means whether they are working, jobless or housewives), gender, religion, caste and education. 3. People who are willing to give written consent.
